On Walk Day, you will be asked to assign someone on your committee as the Finance Lead. This person will have the responsibility to fill in the Finance Documents that will be mailed to either you or them. These documents are very important for our finance team and tracking of donations and registrations at each site.
Here is a copy of each document you will receive printed.

A renewal process is in place for Walk locations taking place at the same venue as 2025. If you are a new Walk location for 2026 (that did not take place in 2025) or hosting at a new venue, please refer to the insurance request form below.

Walk Day Finance & Registration Procedures
To set yourself up for Walk Day, request your Point of Sale machines so we can have them sent to you before the finance training.

On Walk Day, your finance leader will be in charge of filling in and submitting multiple finance tracking documents. Please watch the training recording for more information.

The majority of participants will have registered online, as to compliment their fundraising. If there are new participants who arrive onsite that have not registered, we have two ways to register them.
1) Online registration on their mobile device

We have provided you here with a QR code poster to print with the link to online registration » DOWNLOAD
2) Paper registration
*Please try to avoid using this paper registration format, it should only be given to participants who did not bring a mobile device to access the online registration form. If you have paper versions, our staff has to input each one, one by one, and then these participants will not get a timely thank you for participating, nor access to the post-event feedback survey.
