Your fundraising is fueled by your passion for the Walk, and we’re here to keep you motivated!
You're making a HUGE impact on cystic fibrosis research, and we want to celebrate your efforts. Join our 2025 Walk contests by opting in with a $25 contribution at registration. This amount will be added to your fundraising page and helps to cover costs so more funds support research.
Opting out means you won’t be eligible for the incentive program.

Early Bird
Why wait to register? The early bird gets the worm or, in this case, the iPad! Register for the Walk To Make Cystic Fibrosis History and raise $25 before March 31 at 11:59 PST to be entered to win an 10.9-inch Apple iPad.*
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Early Bird Contest, you must be a legal resident of Canada and over the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Rose Baseball Hat
Celebrate all the milestones Cystic Fibrosis Canada has reached over 65 years with your special edition rose baseball hat.
Register for the Walk To Make Cystic Fibrosis History contests and raise $100 online before May 4 at 11:59 PST to receive a special edition Rose Baseball hat.* All eligible participants that attend a walk in-person will receive their hat on Walk Day. Virtual participants will receive their hat in the mail.

This year, Walk fundraisers who are reaching incredible milestones during the Walk season will receive Mastercard gift cards. Reaching your next fundraising milestone just got even better!*
Raise $500 online and be entered into our draw to win a $500 Mastercard gift card.
If you raise $1,000 online, you’ll be entered into our second draw for a $1,000 Mastercard gift card. $1,000 online will get you entered into both gift card draws ($1,000 & $500 gift cards)!
We can’t forget our super fundraisers! If you raise over $2,000 online during the Walk season, you will be entered to win a $2,000 Mastercard gift card. This gets you entries into each of our 3 draws ($2,000, $1,000 & $500) tripling your chance to win big.

The Walk Day VIP Experience
You and your team have done the hard work. You emailed all your previous donors, requested donations at family gatherings, and spread the word about Walk Day. Now it is time to sit back and enjoy this special day with your team at your VIP experience.
Walk teams who raise $10,000 and over on their online team fundraising page and registered at one of our featured in-person event locations (13) across Canada, prior to Walk Day will receive:
- Access to an onsite reserved space for your team on Walk Day
- Walk Day prize pack and snacks
- Personalized team plaque presented during award ceremony
Teams who raise $10,000 following Walk Day and up to May 31 will receive their personalized team plaque in the mail.
More details will be shared with your team captain closer to Walk Day.
For teams who are not registered to one of our 13 featured in-person event locations, your dedication and hard work in fundraising have truly made an impact, and we want to take a moment to recognize your outstanding efforts. You will receive a personalized team plaque in the mail, following the Walk.

Featured Walk locations include Calgary, Dartmouth, Edmonton, Gatineau, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Montréal, Ottawa, Québec City, Regina, Toronto, Vancouver, and Winnipeg.

Our super fundraisers deserve a reward for all of their dedicated work over the Walk season. What about a family trip to Cineplex to watch all the latest movies releases?
For every $50 you raise online before May 31 at 11:59 pm PST, you will get a ballot for the chance to win.* If you raise $500, you get 10 ballots for 10x more chances to win.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Walk Jr. Contest, you must be a legal resident of Canada and aged 12 years old or under at the time of entry. You must also be registered for the Walk To Make Cystic Fibrosis History and, with a child registration online fundraising page. If you are not registered yet, please visit www.walk.cysticfibrosis.ca/register. Each child must have their own online fundraising page in their name, as this is an online contest only.
